Returns Policy

Our manufacturers custom make products to order, and therefore our products are final sale.

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, sometimes errors happen.  Please inspect your merchandise when it is delivered. If there is excessive damage or the shipment is incorrect, you should refuse the shipment and call one of our team members at 800-519-9596. It is your responsibility to fully inspect your merchandise within five business days of receipt. If any items are damaged, or if there is a problem with your order, you must notify our team during the five day window.  We are not responsible for any issues beyond the five day period. For any incorrect or damaged orders, we will replace the item with the original at no additional cost. 

Important Note: Please retain the original cartons used for shipping your order until you confirm that your items are correct and undamaged. Many manufacturers require returns to be in their original packaging, and freight companies may need to inspect the packaging if damage is reported.

Damages
If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@theflexiblefurniturestore.com the day of delivery. The Flexible Furniture Store will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.


Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before the order is placed with our suppliers will receive a full refund.

Other Return Policy Notes:
The Flexible Furniture Store only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
